Let your space
A person who has stood in the building before it goes on the site.
What it costs
Our fee starts at half a month's rent, paid on signing. We agree it with you before we list.
You can also cover the tenant's half yourself. Those units carry a “No commission” badge and they move faster, because an occupier is comparing them against spaces that cost half a month to take.
What we need from you
The address, roughly how big it is, and what you are asking. Photographs and a floor plan help but can follow — we take our own when we visit. If you have not settled a rent yet, say so and leave it blank; we would rather talk about it than have you invent a number.
How long it takes
We come and see it, usually within a few days. Nothing goes on the site until somebody from Speedly has stood in the building, because the assessment we publish is ours rather than yours — that is the whole reason a tenant trusts it.
